Negatives: Swimming pool was too small,and breakfast was a little too expensive

Negatives: Slight smell of exhaust from the highway below drifting through the a/c

Negatives: I was disappointed that there was no safe in the room, even though it is advertised as having a safety deposit box. I questioned this with reception and they said there was no safe. The air-conditioning in the room was very loud

Negatives: The room is located above the highway, and the noise affects sleep

Negatives: This property is better in the photos than in person. It honestly looks like a best western with a cheap face lift. The bedding wasn’t fully clean and the bathroom was kinda gross. We had to clean the whole room when we arrived. We stayed here for a little under a week and on our first day we left the do not disturb sign on the door and the staff still entered the room. When asked why they told us that regardless of if you have the sign on the door house keeping will still go in every day. We had to ask every day for them not to clean the room as we did not want our stuff being gone through or touched. Overall it was an ok hotel with a few things that truly soured our stay.

Negatives: Some of the staff was rather unfriendly (all cleaning staff did an excellent job!). The pool was not well maintained, and when we initially tried to use it, a large group of eighth-graders with chaperones were basically using the entire space and being very loud at 7/8 at night. After being yelled at by another guest who was upset by the noise of the kids, we left and decided to come back later. we came back around 9:15 and found the water was tepid and dirty (food floating in the pool). we did not stay long. the toilet in the room had a very slow flush and barely flushed at all. hot water never actually got hot, just slightly warmer than lukewarm. for $500+ for two nights, you'd think that parking would be included, but no, that was an additional $20/day, which is honestly psychotic. while parking wasn't included, breakfast was...sort of. our stay did include breakfast "vouchers," but typically breakfast is complimentary (especially when charging $200+/night) and honestly, I would've rather had my money back then whatever the vouchers were worth. we left after eating when we overheard another guest complaining to the front desk about not realizing they would have to pay for breakfast after already eating. if they're going to have vouchers, they need to be upfront with guest that it is NOT free as most people will expect it to be.

Negatives: In spite of booking/.com having SPECIFICALLY said the breakfast was included, the management refused to honor this and insisted that I pay for it.
