Entry is under construction, so if your GPS is leading you into the Dunkin Donuts parking lot, it's right! Directly behind is the hotel.

The breakfast was better than most complimentary breakfasts

The staff at the front was unreasonable and rude, they let their personal predudices take the place of civility when confronting a customer over a petty issue, they felt their actions needed no reason or explanation when they refused to honor my reserva

The coffee available all day was an extremely nice surprise. The staff was very helpful.

The phone in the room was dead as was the ice machine on our floor.

The rooms were dirty. Carpet dirty, skirting broken. Hole in the ceiling around sprinkler system. The window glass was so dirty it was completely opaque with handprints all over. Walls paper thin so we couldn't sleep the whole night

Every time I stay at Holiday Inn, never fails, the key does not work after the first initial use. Return from a long exhausting day at attractions and cannot get into room. Wait for elevator, back to front desk, back to elevator. ALL WHILE MY 86 year old mom stands in the hallway waiting.total BS. Of course I requested a room near the elevator.Always told nothing was available after booking months in advance. Time to pay a little more for better service.
