The GM never apologized for giving me a filthy room…and when I requested her to come and see this appalling Room ….she sent a very good employee Ms Lopes.Nicole Letellier(GM) is the worse hospitality person I’ve ever meet in my 30 years of traveling. Hopefully an undercover boss can show up here!!!!….NEVER SMILED…SADLY… please retrain this GM on how to deal with customers. No NAME TAG ON.101 in customer service.

The room is sparse for garbage cans and the ones there are very tiny. We had to line cans and stuff up n the counters since there was so little space for garbage. Especially if they are not doing any cleaning for two or three day stays

The hotel was clean, check in and out was made very easy. My room was available for early check in which was a plus. The hotel was quiet which was nice.
