The pool room was really hot, but the water was really cold.

I liked the fireplace, although its placement in the room made it so that the thermostat would malfunction and the other rooms were cold because it thought they were at the correct temp.

We were not provided with an dish soap, sponges, or dishwasher solution to do our dishes with. We also were not given extra trash bags so our trashed filled up quickly.

Breakfast was good and the staff in the breakfast area were nice. Location was in good proximity to the highway.
Negatives:
The facility itself was very dirty. The hallways and stairwells look as if they hadnt been vacuumed in quite some time. The room I was assigned had the odor of a wet dog. When asking the staff for deodorizer, I was told there was nothing they could do. I slept with the windows open and continued to leave them open all day when I was out. I found that this did not help. Not a good stay. I would not recommend this facility.

The room was not very clean and smelled like smoke even though we asked for a non-smoking room. There were burn marks on the floor and the shower never heated up properly.

Front desk staff , a young woman from Cape Verde ,was delightful and very helpful. The room we were originally given reeked of cigarette smoke, but when asked she offered another room without smoke odor. The room was clean and spacious and met our needs.
