Negatives: Nothing everything was great

Negatives: there are some areas that definitely need to be maintained like carpeted areas. The soap shelf was completely falling off in our shower and the sliding shower doors kept opening up during your shower they were not level.The comforter was very pilled and scratchy and so were the sheets. It was like they might have been a combination polyester cotton and they had a lot of pilling on them so next to your body, they weren’t that comfortable. They only serve hot water, decaf, and a light brew coffee would have been nice to have a dark blend coffee. It was very weak but The restaurant/Pub at the hotel is really pretty decent for bar food. They had a good chowder and some really good sandwiches. The location is very easy to, stay at if you are heading to the stadium.

Negatives: Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights for the Rolling Stones Concert with no air conditioning. The response from the General Manager was nonexistent. I asked to speak with him on 4 separate occasions, and even though he was on the property he declined to appear. The last time I asked, I was told he would contact me which he has not done. It has been 2 weeks. In believe that everyone who was staying should have been compensated in some way for the poor way we were treated. Very little effort was made to make the guests as comfortable as possible. After checking out we both became ill and are now on antibiotics.

Negatives: Air conditioning did not work in our area. Temp was 83. We paid a lot of money for no AC

Negatives: We were charged more than quoted, and had the most frustrating time to get through to get it fixed, and at that, charged twice. There was a large yellow stain on the mattress we found and reported, so we didn't get blamed for it. You would think that decent mattresses could be afforded with the price of the rooms, along with all of the added fees. This travel was due to medical appointments, not pleasure. It is such a shame that inflation has gotten so bad, it cost so much just to have a place to lay your head, which was literally all we did besides taking advantage of breakfast.

Negatives: Wifi, pool, and ac not working. Blinds and room fridge not workin

Negatives: The air wasn’t working and there was no internet.

Negatives: It was very bad situation as there was no wifi and AC was not working for my son room. It remained same during our entire stay for 5 days. However the management confirmed that we will receive refund. We are awaiting for the refund now.

Negatives: You have to go out on Route 1 to get anywhere. I felt it was priced a little on the high side.

Negatives: The staff is poorly trained and instead of refunding my deposit they charged me. When I called to inform them, they apologized and charged me again. To date they have not refunded my money back. Do not use this hotel! The don’t know how to remove deposits and they don’t answer the front desk phone.
