Close to Salem and Boston, and just half an hour from the airport! The front desk ladies were the sweetest and so helpful. We had issues with our original hotel and ended up with nowhere to stay Halloween week in Salem, but luckily they had availability and were more than accommodating to us :) Nice large rooms, and for the most part clean.
Negatives:
The hallways had an awful smell- but the rooms were fine. Its also very noisy, our neighbors all around us were constantly loud all hours of the night.

The room and hotel was beyond dirty. The carpets in the hallway smelled like mold and they tried sticking smell good spays on the wall which didn't work. Our carpet had burn holes in it, toilet seat was burnt ( idk how ) ... the bathroom door was dirty and it was just awful ... we complained and currently waiting on a refund as we checked out early due to the cleanliness and condition

The breakfast was horrible. They gave you an option of a granola bar or pre packaged muffin. The one coffee dispenser tjey had was almost always empty.
Negatives:
It was dirty. It smelled in the hallways of old food. Lighting and overall appearance were poor. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and you couldn't use the AC in the room because of the horrible odor that came from it. We found cockroaches in the bathroom. Three police cars and an ambulance showed up one night for one of the full time residence that lived there. Breakfast accommodations consisted of a granola bar or a pre packaged muffin. Coffee was empty both days. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND STAYING HERE!
