Negatives:
The pool wasn't clean to swim in. The furniture wasn't comfortable to sit on. For a family of 5 there wasn't enough chairs for everyone to sit. There should have been another chair. Also, if the room will occupy 5 people there should be towels for 5. The room was smaller than what I've had in the past so I was expecting a bit larger room.
The breakfast was OK.

The lobby was family friendly. Our large family was in town for a wedding. The hotel lobby was a nice meeting place to discuss plans for the day.

Positives:
Room was spacious, bathroom was large, plenty of room for a family of 5 especially with the pull out couch in addition to the 2 full beds. Location of hotel was convenient to where we were traveling. Seemed like a safe area. Breakfast was good.
Negatives:
Guests shouldnt have to pay for parking. I picked this hotel room because of the reviews about it being very clean. Although it was mostly clean looking, the room showed a lot of wesr and tear. The floor did not seem like it was cleaned. Couch and other furniture had stains.

The breakfast had many options and was well presented.
Rooms were clean and quiet.
The location is ideal to get around all areas of this side of the state. Easy use of Route 1 and I95 and rural routes.
Checkout time of 12 is not early, which is family friendly.

Negatives:
We left a bag on the table with child's toys in, within the room, which the hotel has no record of. Albeit our mistake for leaving behind, I would expect cleaning staff/ hotel staff to add this to lost & found - i hope this bag is found and reported back to us as requested.
The pool was cold and the white paintwork around the poolside was flaking off, sticking to feet and clothing unfortunately.
