The woman that checked us in was not pleasant and didn't seem to understand that all of rooms were suppose to be billed together. The jets on the whirlpool were broken, so we couldn't enjoy the whirlpool.

Friendly staff and they met our expectations.
Negatives:
The bathroom in the lobby could have been cleaner and there were a few places that really needed to be updated. The elevator floor tripped one of my kids because the tiles were not flush and one was fully popped out. Two key card entries, one exterior and the pool, did not function and was a minor inconvenience. However, the property just needs updates and those were some obvious, even if minor, examples.
