Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly.
Negatives:
Room wasn't ready until an hour and a half after check in time. Ice machine and AC unit were broken. Windows didn't open to get fresh air. Only 1 small elevator for staff and guests to use. Room was not cleaned after 3 days as promised, had to ask for towels and take out our trash.

Poor signage and GPS couldn’t find it so we drove around for a bit. Overworked restaurant staff so service was slow. Building is on the older side so a little tired but comfortable

Room was dirty, found a dirty wet towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Ac in room wasn't cool, bed was hard as a rock. Rug in room felt dirty . Vending machines and ice machine were broken and only one for entire hotel.

Breakfast was regular hotel variety. The location was perfect and parking was nicely priced. Nice waterfront view. Outdoor patio was nice and the front desk clerk was helpful.

The bed was not very comfortable and the bar closed the patio very early so you couldn’t sit out there and eat or have a drink
