Negatives: Breakfast area was too crowded at peak times, and there weren't enough seat for everyone. There was a loud fan (or something that sounded like one) above our room which was quite loud and made it difficult to sleep. It didn't go off during the night but was still making noise into the late evening.

Negatives: Our room was only cleaned once during our 7 day stay. This was only an issue because we needed towels, soap, and toilet paper.

Negatives: Quite the smallest and most badly organized breakfast area I’ve ever seen for a hotel of its size. Whatever the time it was crowded and the food and coffee stations badly located. I got the impression throughout my 3 day stay that the hotel prioritized its conference or event guests over its regular guests. Areas supposedly for general use such as the deck area and even the bar were closed off for events for parts of 2 of the 3 days I was there. WiFi was poor throughout and the area around my room 133 permanently strewn with housekeeping carts and dirty laundry trolleys throughout my stay which was ironic as they only cleaned rooms every 3 days and therefore not at all while I was there. Staff were nice to be fair but for over $250 per night for a 3 star room with a closed window over a muddy creek and ‘ok’ breakfast if you could find a table it was hugely overpriced. But this is Boston and hotel prices are out of touch with reality even in the distant suburbs.
