Positives: Close to airport. Clean room.
Negatives: Airport shuttle took over an HOUR to come pick us up. I called at 10:03pm and was told to wait outside of the DEPARTURES area (which the sheriff there said is not allowed and should be in the ARRIVALS), but anyway, the hotel would say it would be 10-15 minutes and it was over an hour wait - the very least they could do is properly communicate correct expectations and ETAs and not leave jet lagged, exhausted people standing around at night waiting for so long. It really hampered our experience with the hotel and we weren’t the only guests upset about the length of time it took to get us. I also had small children with me and had I known of the length of time we would be waiting, I would have made other arrangements to get them to bed sooner. It was very disappointing. The other thing that was concerning is that in all the communications it says check-in ends at 11pm. How is that even a thing with an airport hotel? Why can’t we check in after 11pm and also, we would have been at the hotel before 11pm if the shuttle had arrived in a timely manner.
