The staff was VERY unfriendly and they had a bad attitude. First, they gave us a room not corresponding to our reservation, and the receptionists were very annoyed when I insisted for getting the correct room (I had to show them the printed Booking confirmation to convince them that the mistake was theirs, not mine).
The airport shuttle service was totally unreliable: at 4:45 am (I had an early flight) a small old van showed up, the driver descended, locked the vehicle and announced that he would depart 15 minutes later. There were already at least 20 persons waiting: 15 minutes later, the persons were maybe 50! Of course the van was too small and it only accommodated a small number of people, so I was left out and was bound to call an Uber in order not to miss my flight.
The breakfast was only available starting from 6am. I asked if they were providing some sort of takeaway breakfast for early travelers, but the receptionist said "No".

Positives:
The shuttle was good and timely. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. check-in was great.
Negatives:
The parking situation I found ridiculous. Why am I paying for two nights parking when I am staying one night!! " that's our policy" really? A some un-helpful person behind the parking desk. Perhaps mentioning the parking arrangement instead of listing self parking would be helpful.
