AMAZING accommodations
Positives:
The proximity to the airport, the shuttle! Check in with Edwin was exceptional! Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! If I owned a company I would want him to be the face of it; you could tell he loved his job, very warm, welcoming, eager to offer dinner recommendations. Give him a raise!!!
Rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was good
Negatives:
There wasn’t a thing that anyone in our party was dissatisfied with. The only thing we noticed was the slightly dirty looking, worn chairs in lobby. It did not, however, affect our stay. Mentioning it because I’m rooting for your hotel and others might find it off putting as it’s the first impression of the property.
