Positives: Hotel and staff were great, room was comfortable and clean. I liked the phone charging pad on the nightstand.
Negatives: Garage ticket I was given at check-in did not open the gate. Because I had just checked out and was did not need to use it for future exits, the garage attendant opened the gate to let me out.

Negatives: The front desk staff either growl or bark or are cheeky,with the exception of a lady named CLEO,she was kind n helpful,you need more people like her to make the ordinary hotel better,surprised that it carries HILTON tag, the location is bad,step out of the hotel you find junkies ,one can get mugged anytime if you step out, the lady manager was the worst,heartless person sad that she is holding such responsible post. the best people were the house keeping staff,the people in the restaurant,the person who mopped the restaurant, the best was the security guy,he on that day looked like the happiest person on the planet,he was helping guest while checking in or checking out,guiding the guest, i asked him how come he was so happy,he said it was his attitude to keep smiling and today was extra special as his daughter gave birth to a grandson. the lady manager n front desk staff can learn from him, i once again like to mention the gentle lady CLEO, hope i got her name right THE SECURITY DEPOSIT OF 179 USD is yet to be returned never ever will i step into this property,the best time was when i checked out n took a cab to the airport the rating in booking dot com are all not genuine

Positives: It was very nice. Great staff; breakfast and 24 hour coffee and tea were great (cookies too)! Area of town was a little loud and not many food choices around, but Cuban restaurant take out connected to hotel was delicious!
Negatives: Paying extra to park in the garage. There wasn’t alot to walk to around in the area (restaurants or stores). Close to hospital, heard sirens throughout the night.

Negatives: The staff. They tried to open the door of my room while I was in the shower and the staff said she was entitled to do it cause she checking if I left. My check out time was at 12 and that was at 9 am. When I spoke with the manager they said they do that if I don’t have the don’t disturb sign. I find that unacceptable being as I’m still on the time to use the room they are not allowed to open and enter the room without being asked to. It was disrespectful

Positives: Staff really nice and helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly good each morning. Hotel was clean and well maintained.
Negatives: The area where the hotel is located is somewhat dreary with a lot of what locals told us was drug activity and associated violence. The police stopped at the bus stop close to the hotel that we used a couple days to break up crowds gathered there to hang out and not use the buses. Not an area I would take children to.
