The hotel was great. Everyone who we spoke to was polite and helpful. The breakfast was really impressive had a little bit of everything. The hotel is walking distance to everything.
Negatives:
The area is a little uncomfortable. Everytime we left the hotel we were asked for money. On the first day we went to walk the concourse across the street and we quickly learned to stay out of that area.

Our room was right above a nightclub that played very loud dance music until 12:30am. The patrons then move to the sidewalk patio just below our window and partied loudly until 1:30am and your staff said we should have been informed of this kind of thing regularly occurring but did nothing to rectify the issue. Lousy night stay

Other than some minor issues,...
Positives:
Breakfast was fresh and tasty, lots of selections to choose from. The hours were great. The location was very easy to get to and the parking garage was also clean and easy to get In and out of and I was driving a full size pick up truck. The fresh linens and fresh bed was fantastic to come back too All in all it was a great hotel!!
Negatives:
The charging ports for the phones didn’t all work and we had a few things that needed charging so that was inconvenient .. the shower door kept sliding open while showering, we had to put a towel in between the two doors to keep it shut and that didn’t work very well actually. But I think I would call those minor issues that were slightly aggravating and a little inconvenient.
