Appreciated motion sensor bathroom light and plenty of outlets and USB outlets.

The receptionist Laurie was terrific and helped us a lot. She is a most valuable asset to the hotel!! Mary was also helpful and was very pleasant.
Negatives:
First off the $75 pet fee was outrageous! The first room that we were given had dent marks in the wall, a severely damaged lamp shade etc. After strong complaining, the receptionist Laurie agreed to change us to a much nicer room and even had our belongings transferred.
