The best hotel i have ever stayed in so clean, great staff, great facilities, lovely safe location, everything you need i could not recommend the staff enough, very accomodating to late check out, always greeted by staff everywhere in hotel 5 stars 10/10

Positives:
Good intentions, but access to the parking lot is difficult and you have to pay for it separately. They also take a long time carrying and bringing your car. The front desk staff lacks charisma. I was greeted by a bald boy with a piercing on his cheek who didn’t seem to like his job

Comfortable stay in Somerville
Positives:
Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. The room was very spacious, as was the bathroom.The gym is big and has almost everything except roller skates and a stretching band. It's great that the washing machine and dryer are free. The hotel is in a great location close to everything.

The only thing was the shower tub with a curtain.

The decor is nice. Location is good. Staff are friendly.

The duvet is super smelly. Water tank of coffee maker has dirty dried up debris.
The bottle of body lotion was half filled when we check in the room. Housekeeper did not replenish toilet paper so we ended up with no toilet paper during our last morning before we checked out. Also a cleaning rag was left on the bar table after house keeping service. Hope they have hand shower on top of fixed head shower.
