Positives: When we booked this work-related trip we requested rooms on the same floor, which they didn't accommodate(we used booking.com, maybe that site needs to make sure with the hotel that they can accommodate needs. Also for the amount of $$ that you pay , water should be free not $200 per bottle.
Negatives: Wasnt aware that we didnt get breakfast included in our stay because we used booking.com

Positives: Everyone was friendly. Mike that checked us in, was always helpful and had a smile on his face. Pool/maintenance guy was super friendly. Everyone jumped to help with doors as my husband is in a wheelchair. Great staff.

Negatives: I didn’t like being charged for waters I was told were free. I didnt like our toilet over flowing onto the floor at 11 at night. I didn’t like switching rooms just to have that toilet not work either. So we had no toilet all night. The wallpaper and paint was peeling off the walls and one of the beds was almost unable to sleep in because it was so in comfortable.

Positives: The facility was clean and well maintained. The area around the hotel was nice for walking and had a few good choices for dinner. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Negatives: We wish breakfast was included in the cost of the room as we usually stay at a Hampton Inn which does include breakfast. We were unaware of this until we had the bill given to us while finishing breakfast - it was not pointed out to us when we checked in. We also had booked a King room and were given a queen instead with no explanation as to why. When I asked about this (after settling in and realizing the mistake) the response was that it was the same cost so not an issue. We booked the King room since we love to have the extra space while traveling, plus it was our anniversary and we were looking forward to a good nights sleep. We were disappointed with this and the fact that the staff didn't seem to think it was a problem. We will most likely not be staying at a Hilton Garden Inn in the future.

Positives: The room was spacious clean and very comfortable
Negatives: Part of the reason that we stayed at this hotel was because it had a pool in a hot tub but the hot tub was not available when we first arrived and again was not available in the morning before we checked out also only one of the two elevators was working and on the morning that we were checking out myself and other guests had to wait for 5 minutes in the lobby due to the housekeeping staff taking up the one available elevator and proceeding to go to each floor it took forever for the elevator to come back down to pick up the gas it would have been nice if they had let us go up first
