Got charged $40.00 for 2 $2.00 towels as we dropped an ashtray on the floor next to the towels

Dirty, got woken up at 3 am by people fighting in the room below us. Linens on the beds all have burn holes in them. Bathroom vanity door was broken off and left like that. Went to put the security lock on and it came completely out of the wall, that was really safe. Was picking up our mess dropped the ashtray near the $2.00 towels and was charged $ 40.00 of our security deposit for replacing 2 $2.00 towels there was an old dirty face cloth housekeeping must had used to clean the shower left hanging in the shower and got questioned upon checking out about it. I WOULD NEVER EVER STAY THERE AGAIN
