The checkin was frustrating. The desk clerk, while nice, was hard to understand. He was having computer problems. Once we were in bed he knocked on our door to tell us that our payment didn’t go through on our second room and I had to go back downstairs. Fortunately another clerk walked in and told him that she had had the same problem with Booking.com the previous week
