I have responded over a month ago to this question. There were ants crawling in the front room near the pull out couch that I was sleeping on there was trash under the couch so when I pulled out the convertible mattress you could see rappers from food. There are also ants in the bathroom. And the mattress was so poor that I had to sleep on the couch cushions that were not comfortable to sleep on it was a very poor experience. We checked in and then went right out. We returned late. I was already in my pajamas when I discovered the mattress was so poor and I didn't want anyone coming into the room at that point so I was going to wait till the morning and then in the morning we discovered all the ants. I told the concierra as we checked out they just said they would tell me I have not heard back from anybody about this concerning matter. I will not be returning to the Hilton nor would I recommend it for anyone.
