We loved how clean and spacious our room was. It was a very nice suite!
My husband is disabled, I liked when I called to ask for a room in the main building with an elevator that they were able to honor our request. ☺️
Most of the staff was pretty nice as well.
Negatives:
we didn't like how the hallway to our room smelled like marijuana. the smell was so strong in our room that we couldn't sleep.
when we went down to mention it, the front desk employee said well it is legal here in MA! And??? So are cigarettes which my husband is a smoker and made sure to smoke in the designated area.
I guess everyone doesn't respect the rules.

Positives:
i liked the two bedrooms and kitchen, we went down for a concert. it was nice to only be a half an hour from boston and not pay boston prices, and the two bedrooms in one room made it so much better privacy wise and money wise. we didn’t end up having time to use the kitchen , but it was nice to have the option if we wanted to. i would recommend.
Negatives:
i didn’t like that it wasn’t one building. i only say this because it was raining when we went, but in the summertime in the warmer months i can see how that would be nice and how there is more room for the amenities to fit in and be used.
my only other complaint was the breakfast spread wasn’t as big as i anticipated, the toaster didn’t work so the bagels weren’t able to be toasted there. we ended up eating in the room and toasting them there. however, my favorite part about staying in hotels is the breakfast, and as someone who loves a continental breakfast this was very underwhelming.

Our room was not clean. The bed had human hair all in it, when we called down to the front desk they did have someone come change the sheets. But the bathroom also has hair all over the floor, it was disgusting. Thank goodness my husband has a cleaning business and did not mind getting down on the floor and cleaning it.
