Positives: Very easy to get to, I was welcomed immediately by the friendly staff. I found the room clean and comfortable . I like to sleep warm and with weight on top. I called the front desk and asked for an extra blanket which was delivered promptly.

Positives: My seocnd time and it’s beautiful. But inside lobby has changed. It looks more like convenient store than luxury hotel. Rooms clean and nice

Negatives: Lobby sucks no offense but it looks like a convenient store instead of luxury hotel. Smh might need a decor personnel to redesign or reset the furnitures/ cooler fridge what not. I plan for my kid graduation even and also email ahead of time for cakes or bakery but stuff didn’t even know what’s going on. We didn’t get a call or concern regarding this matter. We flew in from Florida expected more since I stayed and paid what was offer thru BOOKING.com
