Id love my money back this was the worst experience. I called and talked to the front desk to ask if the hot tub was up and running she said yes it is I then proceeded to say yay everyone elses is closed. When I got there it aas filled in with cement

They've advertised pool which my kid's were looking forward to enjoyed it.The pool was out of commissions,they said the pool is not. Heated & we don't serve at this time. That was a very setbacked for my kids and I had to go to somewhere with pool & paid.

Also the house keeping they don't clean the room. You have to let them know a 1 day in advance and that's very odd for a hotel like that waste of money and time they got poor ratings from me.
