I had a reservation # from Bookings.com for the night. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told by a person folding towels behind the front desk that they had no room for me. I was told to call booking.com for a refund.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, especially Alex who tried for over an hour to fix my not having hot water in the shower. Alex fixed it just enough for the shower to not be lukewarm. Thanks again, Alex.
Negatives:
The dishwasher didn't work. It ran for over two hours and there was still gunk on the dishes. The bath/shower had no hot water, while the two sinks got so hot it was practically lava. I was hoping to have that same lava temp for a bath/shower, not lukewarm.

ad coffee, if one was early enough to find it. On my last day (Sunday), I woke up at 6.40, yearning for coffee before departing. There was nobody at the reception, and the container was empty. The other disappointed guests and I tried to drink tea, but the water was lukewarm!

Ensure the reception is attended and improve breakfast or get rid of it. So guests know that breakfast is not included!

No ice machine on site, had to drive to a store for 1 small bag, continental breakfast was no where to be found.
Just bad coffee and small muffins in a plastic bag……nothing else.
Room needs to be renovated a little, peeling paint on the kitchen cabinets, smells quite musty in the room.

Nothing about the facility. The only worker behind the registration desk Rose was as helpful as she could be with what she had to work with. She deserves a raise and help .

The hotel was so run down and dirty, not just out dated. My first room given wasn't even cleaned and the air conditioner was leaking a giant puddle. Rose found me a slightly cleaner room. The only reason I stayed was it was for one night basically just 8 hours of sleep. Read the fine print on free breakfast. It is a wrapped muffin, granola bars and coffee. I appreciate it being free but nothing to brag about. It shows a full kitchen,which is why I choose it. I planned on making a quick pasta dinner for my kids to save money. The kitchen comes completely bare you must request it in advance. Ms. Rose was wonderful to try and get me a few things needed. While waiting for my room change I watched several families check in and immediately check back out. I know you get what you pay for, but $150 I figured at least clean.
