The location was very convenient to ThermoFisher headquarters.
Negatives:
The smoke detector battery was bad. Reported it. Was told to remove battery and it would be replaced. Never replaced. Reported that the light above the sink was broken. Was told it would be fixed. Never fixed. All three drawers in dresser were broken and unusable. Lower wire rack shelving in closet was broken and unusable.

At my check-in time, the hotel rejected customers because of the failure of their software system. The hotel did not offer help resolve this. They expected yourself to resolve this through your own booking platform. I wasted 2 hours before I checked in another hotel.

I had to leave a $100 deposit that I was unaware of when I booked. Only budgeted for the 1 night and this put a crimp in my travel budget. Was told it takes 3-5 days to refund.

The hotel was not clean at all. The AC system was broken, dirty bed and towels. The shower was also not very clean. I had to do an early checkout and go to another hotel.
