Negatives: First impression pulling up to the entrance was the parking space beside the main entrance designated " Police parking only"it's run down, uncomfortable,the sofa bed was disgusting we had to buy an air mattress .first room they gave us the bathroom door was falling apart,the shower curtain rod was hanging off the wall,the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling and the stove top was in pieces. Left a day early

Negatives: On paper, this location didn’t have the amenities advertised. The Gym had 1 working machine. Our room was clean but there were ring-stains from cups before our stay, the Kitchenette didn’t have any cups/utensils/soap/plates despite having a dishwasher so separate trip to ask, but that might have been due to housekeeping staffing issue. Ultimately the room was ready upon check-in, clean, comfy, heat/AC worked well. The shower plug kept getting stuck so it would flood during, but it wasn’t too problematic. Breakfast was not as advertised.

Negatives: These rooms should not have been rented to us. It was in disrepair and filthy. Coffee splashes on the cabinets. Sticky floor. The bathroom door was broken from its hinges. Even the hallway had the same fork on the floor the next morning. Thankfully, they moved my mom and sister to a much better room, but because we had a dog, there were no other rooms available for us. We are still trying to get our money back.

Negatives: No TV no microwave

Negatives: Rooms where in clean. First room was covered in trash. Second room was still unclean and not well maintained.

Negatives: The first shift staff was not only disrespectful to the guests but also was very racist towards a man of color as well.the first shift host put me and my mother in a room that was supposed to be matienced the matience man even told the second shift host about all the issues with that room and the sec. Shift host was a total sweet heart and moved us into a room that was fixed but like I said the first shift host is very disrespectful and also a racist towards people of color.i wouldn't recommend any giving this ficility any money to stay there cause not only will u be disrespected but u will also get greeted by roaches crawling up the walls as well me the breakfast was a total joke the coffee was not made right and the oatmeal was not even served like it says when u resonate a room .tell your friends and family not to go there unless they want to be treated like total shit.

Negatives: The place was disgusting. It smelled like smoke and urine. The counters were burned, chipped and broken. The stove was from before I was born, I’m 47. The toilet set was damaged, the shower was held together with zip ties (even it is held hostage to stay there) and the doors had holes punched in them. Kids were playing in the hallway until all hours. I had to sleep with the window open to be able to breathe from the stale smoke smell. The place was trash and trashed. I checked out the next morning and paid to stay at another hotel.

Negatives: The room was disgusting. The furniture all broken. Walls paint splattered and full of thumbtacks. So loud all night.looks NOTHING like 5e pictures on booking. Do not stay here! I

Negatives: Please avoid this place if you care about your health and well-bein. The hotel is a joke and a junk. It is very dirty and smelly. The carpet smells of urine. The surroundings are creepy, with all sorts of creepy people standing around. Police were called to this hotel three times within the space of ten days. In one incident, police attended, it was because a guest staying at the hotel went shopping, and as she brought her shopping in, someone rubbed her and stole her shopping in t inside the hotel. The hotel was not worth the money we paid because the hotel was always dirty. They only had one cleaner. The mattresses were stained with blood, and for the sofa bed, the metal frame had rusted into the mattress. The sheets and pillowcases were not properly washed and had stains all over them. The air conditioner did not work properly and had a strange smell to it anytime we turned it on. One day someone vomited on the hallway and this was not cleaned the whole day and stayed in the hallway until the next day. We had to walk across vomit to our room the whole day. The WIFI doesn't work properly and I couldn't work remotely while I was there. The staff are extremely rude, they also had zero hospitality and zero customer service. The hotel staff don't care about guests and residents, they just care about the money coming in. There were days when there was no staff member at the hotel, and so there was no one to respond when we needed assistance there was no one to assist us at the lobby. The only staff member who listened to our complaints was Francis. He was very lovely with great hospitality. The other staff members and the managers were very horrible and had no understanding of hospitality. The managers Katie and Crystalee are very rude and inexperienced and have no idea how to run a hotel. Our shower wasn’t working while we were there and when we complained nothing was done, instead they kept saying they would tell maintenance to check it out.
