Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

I MADE A RESERVATION FOR SEVERAL DAYS. I paid a few days too much to pay more up front. I asked if I could pay the fee if I checked in early. The manager was super rude and called the police. I felt helpless. I went to another hotel next door and she said she wouldn't put me up there either. They treat me like a dog. What a dyke manager. She's a dangerous person to society. I've never even seen her. She canceled the reservation right away. She's crazy. Run away from this crazy woman. The hotel needs to review this. I was treated very well in Orlando. The people in Brazil are very kind and very polite. This dyke has hatred inside her. Booking should remove this hotel from its website please. I was treated badly. I lost money from the reservation because it had already been deducted from my card. And I was walking around with my suitcase looking for another place. This manager should be arrested. Read the stories about her. Really!

I booked online only to be told the day of arrival that there was a glitch in their system, the hotel overbooked and my reservation was cancelled. They tried to book me in another hotel 20+ miles away.
I had to find a place to stay on my own at 8:30 that night.

It was close to the Painted Burro which had delicious food. Only 5 min walk. It was perfect.

It smells like cigarettes and weed. Someone was definitely smoking. Every few hours a whiff of smell of weed flys by really strong. We had to keep the bathroom lights/fan on. Then we saw a worker spraying Febreze around the hallways which means they know that someone is/was smoking even though this hotel is non-smoking. There was someone running above us stomping every second we were in the hotel. We didn’t ask them to stop or let anyone know because we were out most of the day. The hotel was gross when we walked in. Stains everywhere, even a pink mold ring on the shower drain was there. We went to a nearby store called Market Basket and got some wipes to clean the Hotel ourselves. You can tell they are lazy to clean the hotel. The iron for your clothes doesn’t even work. It just sprays water out.

for a short stay under a roof with AC/heater, easy checkin, vending machine for some snacks to buy, morning grab and go coffee and muffin.
Negatives:
Unclean bathroom (clogged toilet sink and bathtub), bugs and poor condition amenities like microwave, stove, iron box (only few electric outlet were working for ironing or for charging).
