Staff was great. I liked the fitness center. Room was nice except for toilet. I’ll explain below.
Negatives:
Upon first use of the toilet it clogged and never flushed completely. It got pretty disgusting. I would have called for maintenance to come fix it but my daughter and I were going to bed and we didn’t want someone coming in at that time.

Everything was good until one of the staff who was on night shift called Dylan accused us of being disruptive without any evidence. He accused us of playing loud music in the room yet no music was being played. We asked our neighbours if they heard any noise coming out of my room, and they said they didn't hear anything. Worst of all, is they are still taking money off my account despite sleeping there for only one night .
Negatives:
The staff called police and allerged that he suspected prostitution going on in the room. This is a serious allegation. We were not given a chance to explain.Throwing us out of the hotel without doing any investigation and without anywhere to go late at night.
