Positives:
The staff was excellent! We were in the area for college tours, and the concierge overheard me asking my husband to buy bandaids. He gave me a few bandaids from the first aid kit. On day two, I realized I needed to print a parking pass. A different concierge printed it out for me. Excellent service!
Negatives:
The only downside was that the bathroom had a sliding barn-style door that did not lock.
