Positives:
The staff is very friendly and helpful. There's coffee and tea in the lobby (of course, in the room as well). Not a luxury hotel but clean, convenient, and inexpensive. Second time staying in this hotel. There's a bar/restaurant nearby.
Negatives:
A little far from Boston, but this is really expected and also the reason we chose this hotel to reduce the cost. You need a car.

The curtains and blinds kept out all the light. Best "blackout blinds" ever. We had a corner room with great light but it was great to be able to keep the light out for sleeping. Quiet. Nice.

The night manager is an exception person who has created a culture of random acts of kindness to customers Its a cozy hotel like an inn in Europe. The night manager management is an exceptional person

Management Woks! Comparison is way far from same brand hotel I stayed days before. Waltham branch staff are super! Property was nicer, cleaner, brighter, smells better than other HI, beds are comfortable, convenient to all. Best price, sure to come back.

Need additional staff in the eating area when it gets busy. Some tables are wobbly and needs cleaning.

This property has consistently met my travel needs over the past few years - clean, professionally staffed, breakfast is always solid, no hidden charges(!)

The stairs leading to one of the first floor wings are a little difficult to maneuver with wheeled bags/carts if you don't know they are there.

Hotel was clean, easy to check in & out, plenty of choices for breakfast (unless you are gluten free), staff seemed friendly.

Expect a lot of door noise when your room is on the first floor. There is only very basic local TV and no guide to tell you what is on. I personally would like to choose what I want to watch then a bunch of commercials, especially when time is limited

They had me in a room that had no heat. Instead of moving me to another room they brought a space heater that was lit up and ran non stop all night. I couldn't sleep.
