Could of changed up the breakfast a little. If you stay a few days it gets boring. Felt the cleaning fee of $150 was a little steep for having a pet since you charge $30 a night extra anyway

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good.
Negatives:
The room was very difficult to move the wheelchair around, tight space. The room rate changed everyday sometimes up $50-$60. Two different holds on funds from my bank card totaling over $4000, without any warning this could happen and staff said it was policy.

One would expect a hotel that charges that much would have a proper breakfast with utensils not disposable utensils, plates and glasses.

The the first day there the bathroom smelled of marijuana, l complained, no action was taken, the second day there the room smelled like burnt toast, I complained again ! No actions were taken !!! Plus a $30 a night parking fee, which I was told was the managements idea !!! On top of the $ 400 a night room fee makes the almost unaffordable !!! I mean come on people it’s not key west. !!!!!
