Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

I liked that the rooms come with a full size refrigerator, and a range to cook.

Nowhere does it say that I would be charged a pet fee. I have never been charged for bringing my 2 dogs to any other hotel before. After letting the front desk know that yes my pets were traveling with me, they notified me that it was a $25 fee per dog for the night. That was very unexpected. The tv reception was not good. The smart tv wouldn’t connect to the internet, and you couldn’t click through the channels. We were stuck with one channel to watch.

I was really impressed with the layout and cleanliness of the room. Wasn't expecting a kitchen and full fridge. I recommend this spacious one bedroom suite for short and long-term stays. The staff was very nice and the facility was clean. A breakfast sitting area and business area would be nice - I didn't see that. Furthermore, I would definitely stay there again.
