Positives: The staff was very pleasant.
Negatives: Room was stated it was handicapped wheelchair accessible. It was not, there was no room for my chair to move around the bed like other hamton inn's we've stayed at. This one being the worse experience. Breakfast was a complete flop compared to other Hamton Inn's. You had no real choices, only pork sausage many people don't eat pork anymore. Turkey Sausage or Beacon would have been nice maybe some boiled eggs, Homefries etc. For the cost for one night it could have been much much better experience all around. I probably won't book at this particular location again. Not to mention the other handicapped room was $507 for one night..Really that's absurd.

Negatives: Dingy, dated, run down, dark, old, poor water pressure, poor exercise facility w/ no disinfectant available.

Positives: Breakfast was healthy. Location in the motel was clean, but rundown.
Negatives: The room that was first allocated to us had mildew /mold on the bed ruffle as well as on the ceiling. Staff was accommodating and provided us a different room which also had mold/mildew on the ceiling. The third room was okay. Carpets in the hallway were filthy. They looked like they had not been cleaned in months.

Positives: The staff was really friendly.
Negatives: There was alot of noise in the hallway. Everything that was going on outside in the hallway we were able to hear it loud in our room. The room floor was wet upon arrival. The air conditioner was leaking water, and the carpet was really wet, and the sofa that was in the room smelled really bad like urine.

Negatives: We had to pay $5+tax to park in hotel parking lot. Wasn't told about it until checkout. Ridiculous. Stayed in Smithfield, RI next 3 nights. Staff there had never heard of that.

Positives: Overall, everything was fine, with the exception of below.
Negatives: There were unexpected things, unless they were in the fine print. I didn't expect to have to pay for parking. Also, I didn't expect to pay different daily rates. When I make a reservation, I expect to be charged the same daily rate each day. Also, like many other national chains that provide breakfast, the plastic utensils used to eating are the cheapest and lowest quality you can get. Knives and forks can't even adequately cut some of the food. You would think that a multi-million dollar company would spend a little more for table service that would be functional.

Overall, good place to stay. With unexpected charges and fees, and the meal items, I was not happy.
