Positives: The hot water
Negatives: The room was disgusting. Windows were dirty, shower doors dirty, dust everywhere, mold in the refrigerator, etc. the building itself smelled gross. The whole place felt unsanitary.

Positives: Nothing, buyer beware! They have permanent residence living there. I did not want to stay there once I saw the residences. There is only one way out of the hotel I saw. I told the front desk, they said they would not charge my card but they still did.

Positives: Its well priced.
Negatives: The room looked dirty. The skirt to the bed had white stains on it. The corners were full of dust and dirt. The glass to the balcony doors were filthy. My shower did not look clean I had to clean it myself. Overall my only issue was the cleanliness.
