Between Tuesday, Nov 5th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Nov 8th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Nov 8th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 8, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

Positives: The guy checking us in smiled when I asked what to do in the area. Apart from that, I liked absolutely nothing. The place was horribly overpriced, horribly located, had a horribly noisy aircon, was horribly dirty and didn't even include breakfast.

Negatives: Absolutely everything. A place like this makes me want to never ever see Cape Cod again.
