My recent stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The check-in process took an incredibly long 20 minutes, the longest I've ever experienced. The room itself was outdated, with old furniture and a partially broken faucet in the bathroom. Breakfast was chaotic and frustrating. The small kitchen area was overcrowded, with guests struggling to find something to eat. The selection was poor, and my son gave up trying to make a waffle because of the long wait. Considering the high room rate and many positive reviews, I expected a much better experience.

The staff on reception were great, there was a nice breakfast. The hotel is in a good location in cape cod and an indoor and outdoor pool is always a winner.
Negatives:
The room was advertised to sleep 5 - it did not. However the hotel moved us to a larger room which was much better. Housekeeping was erratic.

No carts at check in, me and my sister are seniors and it was frustrating. We requested early check on and although I knew there was mo guarantee I felt like the guy at the front desk was lying and he was rude.
