Front desk was stand offish not friendly at all. The hotel smell old, dirty and like dog all mixed up into one as soon as you walk in. Every thing in the room smells like dog and was old. The pillows were all flat ,bed was stiff and my daughter found a bug in her bed!!!!! When I told all of this to the young lady at the desk she just blankly looked at me!!!! I was exhausted from driving since 3 am and was not in the mood for a hotel change but best believe we left first thing in the morning and will never stay at one of these hotels again!! If you are going to allow pets into your hotel have separate rooms for them and have top tier cleaning services! If I could upload pictures I would post them. I will be posting them on every social media platform I have because Im a travel medical provider and do assignments all over for months at a time and will be advising people who ask never use this hotel or establishment because if one is like this then they have no standards!!

The hotel was really dirty. The room and the hallway reeked of smoke, although we were in a non smoking room. Carpets in the room were torn. They did not bother to change out the soap bars from the previous tenant. Overall, the room felt unhygienic.

The location was good, but hard to find without signage. The checking was easy and fast. Easy checkout process. The ability to reserve online with options. I like the fact that there is a follow up review.
Negatives:
The bathroom was not cleaned properly. The floor was dirty with black dirt when wiped with tissue. There was hair on the bathroom vanity top. The bathroom sink was dislocated from the vanity. The appliances are out dated. Poor pillows and blanket.
