The smell was very unpleasant. The windows never open , this hotel is seal all over none fresh air gets inside. Also they allow pets, the smell is even worse.

my stay was quick , just one night - just dropping off one kid to college. the night was quiet. no issues, no loud noises. really didn't see many people till the morning.

We had the best customer service. Katrina, April, Fran and another gal I think her name was Karlie and James at the dining area all were so professional and friendly. James kept the dining area so clean and all the food was great. He even helped an elderly gentleman thar came in a bit late and made sure he was taken care of. Absolutely the best customer service !!!

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel, and while there was a notice in the room saying it would only be cleaned on alternate days, nothing was done at all We felt that at least the trash could have been emptied and the towels renewed during our time there.
