Positives: Relatively new building with a very modern flair. Staff was absolutely outstanding. Very friendly (if you like that sort of treatment). Cleanliness was top shelf, without any of the common "Antiseptic" odor. Plenty of parking, and quick access to major road and to I195. Also had a nice view of Watuppa Pond from the room we were given.
Negatives: Bed could have been better. We didn't think the mattress and foundation were up to Marriot standards. Didn't have a chance to try the breakfast as were out late the night before and breakfast ended at 9, so we ended up down Rt 6 about 1/2 mile at a great local breakfast and lunch place - great service there as well.
