Good hotel, lovely room & bathroom, smart and clean. Very quiet.
Negatives:
The only disappointment I'm afraid, was the breakfast, a bit dismal to be honest. We knew that it was buffet style but eggs looked overcooked, not much fruit, no bacon just sausages. Paper cups and plates. Not acceptable for a hotel that charges over a couple of hundred dollars per night.
It was the only downside in staying at this hotel.

Positives:
Nice room with 2 beds. Everything worked fine. Breakfast very typical, average. I haven’t used swimming pool. Parking is an advantage. Good location to visit Salem and Boston
Negatives:
Breakfast area often overcrowded. Hotel, given the high price, located in the middle of nowhere. Way too expensive given all circumstances

Positives:
The location close to Salem, the free parking, and it had Chic Fila right there in the same parking lot, Wicked Bagels is Amazingggggg, and there's a Dunkin close by as well.
Negatives:
The room had a slight odor, no trash bags in any of the receptacles, the door to the cabinet that held the fridge was broken, the yellow lamp near the mirror doesn't move to assist with using it a different position. Lastly, these units only have a shower ( no tub option). The breakfast isn't worth it extremely luke warm would be better off going elsewhere for breakfast.
Lastly, they make you use 150 for incidentals even after I paid in advance for the room. I am not a fan of this at all we should have the option to do that and not forced.
