The actual corridors itself and the lift needs urgent attention and just to the right as you enter the reception from what I can gather it look like it used to be a restaurant and instead it’s just a dumping ground to store stuff

Location was ok, 20 minutes driving to the metro station.
Negatives:
Property needs cleaning and remodeling. We had mold in our room and in general I had a feeling that everything is dirty, especially carpet and walls. The backyard where we parked our car was dirty as well, I think no one ever cleaned there.
