Elevators were sketchy.. I mean BAD sketchy. No continental breakfast, not even coffee pods in the premium rooms, and full price rates even when you walk in the door at 11 pm.

The reception staff are horrible, disgusting. And they charged my card twice for the stay and I had already paid at the time of booking. The hotel is dirty and old.

Terrible, I don't recommend it.

I wanted to cancel second day of my booking. Booking.com website prompted me to contact the hotel staff. Hotel staff said this is third party booking, they can't help. I didn't have a local number and had problem contacting booking.com. WiFi at the hotel was crap, and I couldn't even chat with Booking.com.
Result - I stayed at the hotel for one day, but ended up paying for two days.

The location was convenient with shops and restaurants in walking distance. The train to Boston city center was a short drive away. The room was quite spacious and the beds were fine.

The motel seemed a bit run down. Only one lift out of two was working and it made a noise each time which did not seem normal.
