Location to commuter train into Boston. Staff were friendly. Room was clean
Negatives:
First we had to drive around the property twice to figure out what door to go into for check-in. Signage needed.
Everything was scratched. Leg on chair looked like it had been chewed by a dog. Nothing about the hotel was inviting. All the security sign-in with key card including the elevator gave the impression this property was in an unsafe area.
Overall impression was dark, dingy, tired, and unsafe

The price of the property was affordable, the gentleman that checked us in was great!
Negatives:
Cleanliness wasn’t great, all floors were sticky (I’m assuming from what they use to clean the floors with) bathroom tub was black at the bottom, along with a broken wall in the shower, where the tracks for the sliding windows are they were disgusting. One of the elevators was broken and they were sold out so it made for a long wait trying to get to the 4th and 5th floor.

The beds were very uncomfortable, the air in the hotel was heavy and was humid. There was no hand soap in the bathroom (good thing I brought my own) and the bath towels were very small and the bathroom did not have a fan so it was just hot air after your showered and since the towels didn't go around you it was very hard to get dressed. The mini fridge did not close all the way. There was only 1 operating elevator that was very unsafe sounding.

Terrible, I don't recommend it.

I wanted to cancel second day of my booking. Booking.com website prompted me to contact the hotel staff. Hotel staff said this is third party booking, they can't help. I didn't have a local number and had problem contacting booking.com. WiFi at the hotel was crap, and I couldn't even chat with Booking.com.
Result - I stayed at the hotel for one day, but ended up paying for two days.
