Negatives: Phone didn't work; TV remote fell apart had to work tv. Barn door for bathroom impossible to move to close for privacy in bathroom. Bathroom faucets on opposite side of the shower stall from the shower head. Bathroom fan did not work. Low water pressure. Overall lighting in the room is awful and dim.

Positives: The breakfast was excellent. Great choices and very delicious. Loved the tiny scones. They melted in the mouth. Great little waffles and nice choices.
Negatives: The refrigerator was hard to get into. The cabinet and door was awkward. It needed to be reversed. Also there was no cabinet to store clothes. It was dark and not enough outlets for a CPAP machine.

Positives: The breakfast
Negatives: The fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night. The second time we went to the car to get away from the noise and lights flashing. The property claimed it was from steam coming from showers. It was 3 and 3:30 am. Not that many people would set off alarms from shower steam. In the morning the staff was rude telling us that because we booked through a third party they could do nothing for us but reimbursed every other guest that was a Hilton rewards member. And that they encouraged us to become members because then they could reimburse us like their other guests. Even telling us how they helped other guests due to the situation but talking down to us because we used booking.com We were treated like second class citizens despite experiencing the same situation as others. We also have a child in our room who was traumatized by being afraid to go to sleep again in case an alarm went off again. I am extremely unimpressed. Hampton is supposed to have a good reputation. I’ve grown up going to them traveling all the time. It was a brand and chain my mother trusted. I will never be going back to this chain again. They have showed they do not care unless you are a rewards member. Disgusting.
