Negatives: The fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night. The second time we went to the car to get away from the noise and lights flashing. The property claimed it was from steam coming from showers. It was 3 and 3:30 am. Not that many people would set off alarms from shower steam. In the morning the staff was rude telling us that because we booked through a third party they could do nothing for us but reimbursed every other guest that was a Hilton rewards member. And that they encouraged us to become members because then they could reimburse us like their other guests. Even telling us how they helped other guests due to the situation but talking down to us because we used booking.com We were treated like second class citizens despite experiencing the same situation as others. We also have a child in our room who was traumatized by being afraid to go to sleep again in case an alarm went off again. I am extremely unimpressed. Hampton is supposed to have a good reputation. I’ve grown up going to them traveling all the time. It was a brand and chain my mother trusted. I will never be going back to this chain again. They have showed they do not care unless you are a rewards member. Disgusting.

Negatives: The fire alarm going off in the middle of the night.

Negatives: TV didn't work in one of the rooms. After asking front desk to come and fix they said maintenance was between two locations and wasn't able to come and fix it. Once they did come they said I needed a new usb cable but their wasn't one on the premises so went without a TV for my entire stay. Also didn't like that the hotel didn't have room service. Asked for a blanket to be sent up but needed to take it up myself. For $200 a night I expected much more.

Negatives: The person upstairs would walk around and I could hear every step

Negatives: Pool was disgusting couldn’t see the bottom of it water had lots of stuff floating in it looked like that both days while people were using it.

Negatives: bed was hard

Negatives: Parking lot small and shared with another hotel.

Negatives: Gym equipment did not work and lacked pieces and parts to work out. Carpets needed vacuumed the entire weekend in the hallways and foyers near elevators.

Negatives: The room could have been cleaner. Found some stains on the window blinds and chair. TV remote held together with tape. Would be nice to have a smart tv in the rooms. Room could use a fresh repaint as the walls were chipped. We could hear slamming door noises and stomping from upstairs preventing us from getting sleep.

Negatives: Wish the room was little bigger

Negatives: We stayed 3 days and I had to go down to the front desk to get extra towels everyday because for some reason housekeeping would only leave two bath towels in a queen room. Not a big deal but just puzzling.

Negatives: Top floor last room in the hotel. Senior citizens. Too far to walk. Closet doors off track, could not open them. Sink stopper stuck. Couldn’t use sink. Husband Che led underneath, someone wired to try to fix it??
