Sofa was filthy, had to ask for a cleaner room. Staff did not en sure safe use of the pool, so we had to go back to our room after trying to enjoy the pool for 10 minutes.

Well my room had alot of stains on the carpet and couch. All of the surfaces was very dusty and dirty. You all was very accommodating by offering other rooms but they were just as dirty and had even more stains. My room also didn't have any trash cans except for the bathroom trash can and it did even have a bag in it. For almost $200 a night, I expected better. I asked for more towels twice before i received them and I had to ask for sheets for the pull out couch. This was a booking for a birthday. Not to mention it is way too much chlorine in the pool. Everyone's eyes was burning before we even got in the pool.

The staff the hotel accommodations suck then they surprise you with a special damage fee when you've already paid almost 200.00 dollars a night to stay there so had to drive two and half hours back home and cut vacation short.not happy about any of it
