The first room I was given when I checked in was filthy! The refrigerator was dirty inside & out and a dead roach was in it, the floor was filthy. I asked for another room & the floor & kitchen shelves were dirty as well. I will NEVER go there again!!!

The room was dirty and your feet stuck to the floor when walking across the room. The cupboards we dirty and the bathroom wasn't up to par either. The reservation was supposed to have a queen size bed but it only had a full-size bed.

*BEWARE* This hotel may seem like a great deal and there's a reason for it. The hotel pictures are extremely deceiving. From the outside, this hotel seems like a very clean and moderately upscale hotel. Quite the contrary! Upon entry you can see how completely unkept and dirty this hotel rally is. The windows are filthy, along with the elevator, carpet and doors in all areas. The dried up mucus on the buttons and walls of the elevator was a great indication of the level of care that the owners provide. The staff is completely untrained, uninterested and underwhelmed. You can tell right from entering that the owners of this hotel are completely uninvolved. I wouldn't stay here again if it was free. I forgot to mention the "Free Breakfast".... it was literally muffins.

An actually fully trained manager on duty at all times. Actual cleaners and clean the hotel through ought each day, including all common areas A thorough cleaning of the hotel starting from the inside out. An owner who actually checks in daily Smith its managers, for status updates.

There was no parking due to paving of the parking lot. They asked us to go to another hotel 7 mins away instead.
