Positives:
Was nervous when I first saw other reviews. But when we got there, I did as I do at every hotel and took disinfecting wipes to wipe everything down. The wipes were just as clean when I finished as they were when I started. We stayed here for nine days between leaving one home and waiting for the other one to be ready . We had two rooms and they were older, but absolutely clean and comfortable. Do not believe reviews this hotel is clean, I think sometimes people get kicked out of these places write bad reviews for revenge.Manager Lin Lin was sweet and helpful and so friendly!
Negatives:
Only slight issue was trash bin full of bags of trash sat outside back entrance for a day and a half before staff finally took the stinky thing to the dumpster. I believe this was just one person that doing their job not a reflection of all staff. On that same note, the younger girl who sits at the front desk, would not even lift her head up from looking at her cell phone to acknowledge guests as they walked by or walked up.

Our room was a decent size but our kitchenette was extremely outdated, partially dirty/rusted. Our fridge was off when we arrived so it wasn’t cold on arrival.
The staff was rude. We arrived at 4:50pm (3pm check in time) and our room wasn’t ready. The woman at the desk asked if we had a reservation and I said yes. She said “we have no rooms”. I assumed she meant they were booked so I said we paid for a room already. She then gave me a very dirty look and said “they ain’t clean”.
I asked if there was a time frame when our room would be ready. She said no. It really messed up our plan for the evening.

We stayed 3 nights. Upon arrival we found our room to be quite dirty. Sticky floors, dusty surfaces, we found clothing and food left from previous guests in the cabinets. The whole time we were there we never received room service either. No towels, toilet paper, etc.

The bed sheets had blood people screaming from one room to another. Smelled like cigarettes. Bathroom tub and sink paint was chipping curtains had stains and where falling from the rail hooks terrible hotel I decided not to stay. Did not feel safe for my family.
