Negatives: Everything about the whole expThe room location was a horrible experience.I require and most of all I requested a room on the top floor and no kids around my room, but kids were everywhere. Also, 2 directly across the hallway screaming and banging on the walls. So when I entered the room, I was very pleased until I tried to open the fridge it was broken. The ice bucket was glued to the shelving, so I could not have ice unless I went all the down to the ground floor if I decided to have a drink. If I was told about this kid function that was going on, this would not have been my choice of stay. But this hotel led me to believe I was going to receive all of my accommodations. I was led to believe that was offered, plus the ones that I require and requested that forced me to believe my money would be well spent. Instead, when I arrived. I was disappointed by the service when I realized the reservation services as well. The representative that I had previously spoken with did not note my conditions arranging my change in my arrival schedule. But before that, I walked into a hockey themed daycare facility. The front desk girl was pleasant she told me not to worry in the morning, that my account would be updated and taken care of. But every morning waking up with wall banging and screaming. Also, dirty breakfast dining filthy bar seating. Trash was everywhere, so instead of dealing with it, I stayed away from resting when I needed to because of this. This caused me to make my job and time harder to manage and deal with. In order to perform my job at my best, I require certain skills that were affected due to my required sleeping conditions to perform my job. I just did not expect to be convinced and forced to trust and literally take my hard work funds to a company to give me no option to choose my choice of resting. Now, I am seeing charges on my account that are incorrect. After I was told, "Everything would be taken care of, don't worry. My apologies.

Negatives: Receptionist was extremely rude. The phones didnt work in the room. Only received 1 towel in a double bedroom. Requested extra towels and never got back to us. Also, told her to process my transaction on a different card and she told me it was cancelled and still processed the payment using the card I did not want. She was very rude.

Negatives: Room was not vacuumed completely. Stain on furniture. Towels were threadbare and had holes.

Negatives: Nothing I can really complain about

Negatives: No power

Negatives: The plastic wrap flapping the whole night. Hardly slept

Negatives: Ones the Air Condition or heater shuts off the whole room feels claustrophobic. After which the machine goes off sometimes in 10 minutes which is not unusual but sometimes it use to take hours and i use to wake up in the middle of the night adjust the temperature.
